Don’t mess with nurses:

A Silicon Graphics AT101, made in 1993 and bundled back then with high-end SGI graphics workstations.  Uses Alps keyswitches.  The case is a mottled bluish-gray designed to look like granite.  Very smooth, very heavy.  I love this keyboard — it makes you want to type something.

You’ll notice that there’s no “Windows” key. This is a good thing.
